review: colourpop creme gel colour

Happy Saturdays, loves! Today is the last day of our brand feature of colourpop! For our last review we take a look at the creme gel colour. The gel liners come in 27 shades varying from classic browns and black to bright yellows and greens.

The creme gel colour can be purchased on colourpop.com for $6.00

One of my favorite parts of this collection is the huge range of colors. Especially in summer, bold liners are a huge trend. My favorite color of the ones I purchased is definitely ‘get paid’. It is a metallic copper liner and is a statement without being too far out of everyday comfort. The liners are creamy and don’t tug on the eyelids. They last all day even without having eye primers or shadow underneath.

Some people are not comfortable with a gel liner but once you get used to it there is no turning back. I find that they are the longest wearing and most matte liners compared to liquid or pencil. They are especially good if you find that your eyeliner transfers or smudges. If you have a hard time with liner staying on your eyes, I suggest going with a gel liner and setting it with a matching eyeshadow.

If you are a fan of gel liners or want to give them a try I would suggest trying out the colourpop creme gel colour. You can’t beat the quality of the product even at the drugstore. The maybelline gel liner is great as well but more expensive and a much more limited color selection. It also dries out a lot faster than the colourpop liners.

I am considering doing a gel liner comparison and reviewing a bunch of different brands and giving you the best and worst of drugstore and high end! Let me know if that is something you would like to see!

As always please recommend any other products you would like to see me test out! Don’t forget to subscribe to my blog on the right hand side of the page, so you receive updates when I post. Thanks for all the love & support. Talk to you monday, loves.

love & lipstick kisses💋
