Happy Monday, loves! This week we are taking a look at another eye product! If you spend anytime around the beauty community you have probably heard a blogger raving about this duo. Lets see if its worth all the crazy hype.

I own the shade margaret which sephora describes a champagne. I definitely wouldn’t call this a champagne shade it is much more on the copper spectrum. Now because of everyones good words, I had high expectations for this shadow duo. Luckily, all of those were met!

The liquid side has a flat sponge-like applicator that smooths on the shadow easily. You will still have to blend out edges with a brush but I love how pigmented the product comes out even on the applicator. Often I have issues where the product only comes out as foiled and smooth if I apply it to my finger first but this one smooths on perfectly. The liquid is not too oily or too thick. It is the perfect consistency for a liquid shadow and allows you enough time to place the foil on top before it dries. Once it does dry you don’t have to worry about any transfer or smearing, it is locked in place.

My favorite part of the duo is the foil side. The applicator is slightly curved and rubber which allows you to to really pack on the foil while minimizing the mess. There still is a little fall out but I think its worth it for the final product. I don’t have any other product that creates a look like this one does. It truly does look like foil. Its super metallic but also creates a unique texture that I really enjoy.

The duo comes in six shades and I will definitely be grabbing more in the future. I think this is a definite thumbs up and would suggest any of you who like glitter or metallic shadows pick this one up. Let me know if any of you have given this a shot & what you think!
